In my usual running around looking for weird stuff (which you know I love) I ran across this article at the Telegraph.co.uk that if it were true, should be the biggest story in UFO History...
Aliens 'already exist on earth', Bulgarian scientists claim
Aliens from outer space are already among us on earth, say Bulgarian government scientists who claim they are already in contact with extraterrestrial life.
Work on deciphering a complex set of symbols sent to them is underway, scientists from the country's Space Research Institute said.
They claim aliens are currently answering 30 questions posed to them.
Lachezar Filipov, deputy director of the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, confirmed the research.
He said the centre's researchers were analysing 150 crop circles from around the world, which they believe answer the questions.
"Aliens are currently all around us, and are watching us all the time," Mr Filipov told Bulgarian media.
Full story here.
If this were true, wouldn't the worlds scientists be jumping up and down?
Screaming it from the rooftops?
Why Bulgaria?
Okay, you know I can't leave good enough alone so I went to the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences website....
http://www.space.bas.bg/astro/eng.html
There's nothing there about it.
They have all of their research listed, but nothing about "Alien Contact".
So then I checked out http://www.bas.bg/, the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences main page.
Nope, still nothing.
So what gives?
Is the Telegraph.co.uk the UK version of The Weekly World News?
It appears not, "The Telegraph has the ninth largest daily UK newspaper circulation and is the country's "other paper of record" according to Wikipedia.
Disinformation maybe?
Cover up?
Or is this really the biggest story in UFO history?

The Biggest Story in UFO History or Disinformation?

Are UFOs a threat to national security ?
Mysterytopia: Are UFOs a threat to national security ?:
"On the afternoon of Nov. 7, 2006, pilots and airport employees at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago saw a disc-like object hovering over the tarmac for several minutes. Because nothing was tracked on radar, the Federal Aviation Administration did not investigate. Yet radar is not a reliable detector of all aircraft. Stealth planes are designed to be invisible to radar, and many radar systems filter out signals not matching the normal characteristics of aircraft. Did it really make sense to entirely ignore the observations of several witnesses?"
