I would like to thank Deborah Markus the editor of Secular Homeschooling Magazine for updating and correcting the California Homeschooling issue.
Why Natural News didn't update the situation is beyond me.
Unless instead of the good of the children, they were more interesting in stirring up trouble.
In Conspiracy circles we call that Disinfo.
(Hey, this IS a Conspiracy blog, I have to be a little paranoid right?)
But now Natural News has indeed printed an update:
http://www.naturalnews.com/024287.html
Overlawyered. com also printed an update stating the ban had been overturned.
If you haven't checked, you can read more about this here: http://www.madeditor.com/
The comment that one Justice made still irks me though.
